What do you do if you lose your phone?
If you lose a phone, your company will not be liable for it.
But if you get a phone replacement, you might want to consider contacting the ACCC about your phone’s replacement.
If you lost your phone or your carrier didn’t provide the right replacement, the ACCCC will be able to help.
It can tell you whether you’ve got a warranty claim against your carrier.
It can advise you of the options for a refund, and it can take action on your behalf if you’re still in dispute.
It has a complaint procedure and is open to all ACCC members, including phone companies, retailers, service providers, and repair companies.
