How ‘Gigantic’ Gigs in Texas Were Built with 3,000-Watt Ramps

The Austin Energy website says the home is designed to look like a “super house” in terms of its volume and size, but also features a full range of amenities, including a heated garage, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, three fireplaces, a solar array, a hot tub, and “an infinity pool with poolside spa and poolside sauna.”

Austin Energy says the house is one of the largest in the world and has an average floor area of nearly 7,000 square feet.

The company says it is the world’s largest home builder and has plans to build over 100,000 homes and condos this year in Texas.

Austin Energy is offering a $1 million financing offer.

The homebuilder is selling the property for $8 million.
